Purchases
When you complete a purchase online, you will be asked to provide information including your name, billing address, shipping address, email address, phone number, credit card/payment details and optional account information like username and password.
We may also obtain information from you via our iZettle system on completion of a purchase. This will only be applicable to purchases made in person using the iZettle card reader.
We use this information for purposes such as:

If you create an account, we will store your name, address, email and phone number, which will be used at checkout for future orders.
The information that we collect about you will only be used lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998 and the General Data Protection Regulation 2018). All data is retained exclusively within the United Kingdom or transferred only to ‘third countries’ where ‘adequacy of protection’ or specific certification as defined by The GDPR has been confirmed. This information will not be disclosed to anyone outside the company.
We generally store information about you for as long as we need the information for purposes described above, however we are not legally required to continue to keep it. For example, we will store order information for at least 5 years for tax and accounting purposes. This includes your name, email address and billing and shipping addresses.
We will also store comments or reviews, if you choose to leave them.
You have the right to find out what information we hold about you and make any changes if necessary. You also have to right to request that we erase any personal data we hold about you. This does not include any data that we are obliged to keep for administrative, legal, or security purposes. Payments
Our company is hosted on the Wix.com platform. Wix.com provides us with the online platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you. Your data may be stored through Wix.com’s data storage, databases and the general Wix.com applications. They store your data on secure servers behind a firewall.
All direct payment gateways offered by Wix.com and used by us adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover. PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers.
We also accept payments through PayPal. When processing payments, some of your data will be passed to PayPal, including information required to process or support the payment, such as the purchase total and billing information.

Note: We never receive or hold any of your credit card numbers. They are encrypted and passed directly to our credit card payment provider.
Cookies
By visiting our website you consent to our use of cookies to provide you with the best possible user experience. In general, cookies are used to keep track of your shopping cart while you browse, to allow our online ship to function correctly, to keep track of your preferences/details when filling in forms, and providing anonymised tracking data to third party applications such as Google Analytics.

Google Analytics
We use Google Analytics to track visitors on this site and provide us with non-personal analytics (no personal data will be collected). Google Analytics uses cookies to collect this data. Additionally, Google Analytics only uses first-party cookies, which means that all cookies set by Google Analytics cannot be altered or retrieved by any service on any other domain. In order to be compliant with the new regulation Google included a data processing amendment. The data we collect will be processed anonymously and “Data sharing” is disabled.
Changes
We may update this privacy policy from time to time in order to reflect, for example, changes to our practices or for other operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
